Older workers are a significant and growing group within Australia’s workforce. At this lecture, Professor Bob Gregory set out new analysis of the employment trends of mature-aged workers and the reasons for these changes. Bob demonstrated the impact of recent policy changes and discussed why the workforce adjustment to longer life expectancy has not been stronger.
